How we handle your email

Who we are

SEENVY is a product in development in London, United Kingdom. The company is being registered, and this page will be updated with its registered name, number and address as soon as that is done. Until then, write to hello@seenvy.com about anything on this page.

What we keep when you sign up

• Your email address.
• The date and time you signed up.
• Which of our sites you used (seenvy.com or seenvy.co.uk).

We do not keep your IP address. To stop robots from flooding the form, the server holds a scrambled, unreadable fingerprint of your connection for up to one hour and then deletes it.

Why we keep it

To send you one email on the day SEENVY opens. You asked for that email by signing up, so the legal basis is your consent under the UK GDPR. We will not send newsletters, pass your address to anyone, or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Until the launch email has been sent, and no longer than 24 months from the day you signed up. After that it is deleted.

Where it is stored

On our web hosting with Hostinger, in a private file that cannot be opened from the internet.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies: no analytics, no ad trackers, no outside fonts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your email address, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to hello@seenvy.com from the address you signed up with and we will do it within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
